Education

Vidnova Education is designed to support Ukrainians working in diaspora organizations in Germany by helping to enhance their organizational development, internal process facilitation, and operational efficiency.

Engagement

Vidnova Engagement aims to support refugee professionals from Ukraine through enabling possibilities of active participation in their new local context. This program concentrates on polishing key social, communication and project management skills.

Female Leadership

Vidnova Female Leadership aspires to support current and future female leaders from Ukraine with a refugee background and to influence gender diversity in management and leadership positions in Germany.

Dialogue

Vidnova Dialogue aims to navigate a deep exchange between refugee professionals from Ukraine, Diaspora civil society actors and organizations as well as representatives of authorities and organizations from Germany through a series of networking events.
