Enhancing organizational development

Vidnova Education is designed to support Ukrainians working in diaspora organizations or initatives connected to Ukraine in Germany by providing a learning format which can help enhance their organizational development, internal process facilitation, and operational efficiency. 

The primary focus is on building resilience and sustainability in challenging environments through intensive training, applied practice, and the development of a collaborative support network for ongoing peer learning and partnerships.

Who should apply?

We’re looking for Ukrainian diaspora and refugee professionals in Germany who:

Want to deepen their knowledge of organizational development
Are eager to improve their facilitation and operational management skills
Are committed to building resilient and sustainable organizations

Multiple participants from the same organization are encouraged to apply.

Vidnova alumni living in Germany are welcome to apply.

Even if you're not currently employed in an organization but are interested in this field, we welcome your application.

Program highlights

Our program combines in-person and online sessions, hands-on fieldwork, and mentorship. You’ll also have the chance to connect with both Ukrainian and German organizations, exploring solutions for sustainability during crises. You can manage your own learning curriculum, tailoring it to your capacity and needs.

The course will be held in both English and Ukrainian languages.

We will take into account your needs shared in the application to shape the program curriculum further and adapt it better to your needs. We look forward to receiving your application!
